40M4F GTHA - Former Golden retriever bf seeks connection

Hey y'all,

I've had some luck here in the past, met some wonderful people, had some fun, fell in love with a girl... that relationship is over now, and to be entirely truthful, I'm kind of struggling with what I'm supposed to do now. So I guess it's back to square one!

Some stuff about me: I'm 40, 6'0 with dark hair and blue eyes. I'm a big nerd but I'm also fairly active and my job demands that I stay fit (ish). My big goal this year is to have abs for the beach! I'm a career sailor so I'm away for work quite often. I live around the Hamilton/Burlington area but it's not a big deal for me to travel to Toronto area. Unfortunately I can't host but I'm happy to spring for a room if things get spicy.

I'm not looking for anything serious right now, but if there's sparks I would be thrilled to explore that too. Happy to exchange my pic for yours!
