Girl Babyname needed to honor deceased parents
I could really use opinions/input from you wonderful folks. I am pregnant with my third and final baby. I have two kiddos, Louella Adele (8) named after both my and my husband's grandmothers, and Thomas Henry (6) named after my husband and his father. I always wanted a big family, and always planned on more, but in March 2024 my Mom passed away of a heart attack, and my Dad passed away 11 months later from multiple myeloma complications. Both deaths were incredibly sudden and unexpected. Both of them were only in their 50's. As soon as my Mom passed, one of the first things I said to my husband was "I can't have any more kids." My Mom and I were incredibly close and she was a big part of my previous pregnancies, I didn't think I could go through a pregnancy without her. I also feared my life was more than half over, that I too would die an early death like both my parents...
Over the holidays, I had a change of heart. I thought that maybe the universe will send a little bit of my parents back to me if I do have one more. I also lead a much healthier lifestyle than both my parents, so maybe will be able to stick around for a new babe. So now here I am, 3 months pregnant.
We have a name picked out for a boy, my husband's godfather's name and my father's name (Stanley Ryan).
We are stuck on if it is a girl. My Mom's name was Kimberly Ann. She hated her first name, so I don't want to use Kim, but would love to use Ann in some way to honor her. My dad always wanted to name me Hope, and that's what this baby represents for me, so that's in the running, too. He also had violets growing in his work yard when I was a kid that he would pick for me, so Violet is an option, too. I just don't know if I love any of the combos I have thought up. Looking for opinions and additional ideas. Thanks for reading this far. ❤️🙏
