Taking a job you don’t want

Hi Moms! I have a couple of other posts up about the RTO at my work. I’ve been interviewing but the job market is rough as everyone knows. I think I may be getting a job offer, but I don’t know that I would like the position and manager based on the interviews I’ve had so far. It would also be a step down in title, pay and more overtime than I currently work.

The new job would be remote, and that’s what it mainly has going for it. I think I would be using this as a temporary position and trying to find something else, and idk that I would want it on my resume. The last couple of positions I’ve had have only been about 3 years each, and I don’t want to keep hopping.

I don’t want to be foolish and pass up an offer, but I also don’t want to move from one miserable place to another. Any advice? Thanks 😊
