BOOTLOOP
my one plus nord ce 4 device which is 8 months old has gone into a bootloop or a restarting loop in simple words. it has been 48 hours and i'm stressed as fuck. i was watching reels and my phone was lagging since 10-15 minutes. i don't remember the battery percentage but i'm pretty sure it was kind of low but not that low that it'll switch off. i just shut down with a beep sound. both phone and the charger are new, 8 months old.
since then, whenever i'm pressing the power button, all i'm seeing is the oneplus logo and powered by android at the bottom, that's it. i see that for a second, it comes with a vibration and it'll go back to a black screen. again in 30 minutes, i'll see the same thing.
atp, i've tried all the possible button combinations a 100 times each. power+volume up, power+volume down, long pressing the power button with and without the charger, literally everything. i'm not seeing the reboot and factory reset screen at all. when i long press the power button while it is not charging, i see a red current and a charger dancing. this is the only thing i'm seeing besides the oneplus logo.
when i plugin the phone into the charger the bootloop starts and will not stop at all. it will only stop when i'll remove the charger and long press the power button. when the phone is not charging and i long press the power button, i see a red current and a charger, the same thing i mentioned in the last para.
i've tried keeping the phone plugged into a charger for 3 hours and 4 hours with different chargers each time but the bootloop won't go and i still see the battery and charger thing.
