Charging habits

I assume this had been asked quite a few times, but thought I would bring it up as I'm new to EV driving.

During the first months I've been charging daily from around 50 to 90% as the cold weather ment I was using 40% of battery on the daily comute. However, now that the weather is a bit warmer this is down to around 32-34%. And when the temperatures gets closer to 16-20C I assume this will get down to around 30% for the daily comute.

Now the question is. Would it be best to charge daily, from 50-80% or would it be best to go for 30-90% every second day? There are plenty of charge spots in my area and I can leave the car connected over night most of the time.

The standard in the car for daily drive is 90%. Is this fine as only 65 kwh of the 69kwh battery is available? Or is it still better to go for 80%?
