My non incisional eyelid surgery/fat grafting consultation experience in Seoul (Jan 2026)
Hello! I wanted to share my PS consultation experience in Seoul since reading other reviews on here helped me narrow down the clinics for consultations. I live in the US and flew to Seoul for the holidays.
My goal was non-incisional eyelid surgery to open my eyes slightly and look more refreshed. I also asked about fat grafting because I’ve been concerned about smile lines and overall facial volume.
I consulted with three clinics before deciding:
Luho Plastic Surgery was very crowded and felt like factory clinic. The consultation itself was fine and they said I was a candidate for non-incisional eyelid surgery. They also recommended thread lifting, and their thread lift before & after photos looked really good. However, the eyelid results I saw didn’t look as natural to me personally, so I kept looking.
I also consulted at Wink Plastic Surgery. The consultation was smooth and the doctor I spoke with was kind and spoke decent English. I originally wanted to see the main doctor but found out he was fully booked until the end of the year. They also recommended thread lifting but I didn’t see examples during my consultation.
My final consultation was with Dr. Jungwon Yoon, assisted by Kevin. I had actually done rhinoplasty there in 2022, so I wanted to get their opinion again. The consultation felt very honest and not pushy. Dr. Yoon said I was Dr. Yoon said I was a good candidate for non-incisional eyelid surgery with ptosis correction, but didn’t recommend fat grafting since I’ve had Sculptra and filler before and my smile lines were already slightly overfilled, so he didn’t want to compromise that area. Kevin also explained the downsides of thread lifting, and recommended against it, which I appreciated since other clinics recommended it.
I ended up doing non-incisional eyelid surgery with ptosis correction, Ten-Therma/Liftera, Rejuran (4cc), and filler dissolving.
I’m still healing but so far my eyes look more open and refreshed while still natural, which is exactly what I wanted.
I’ve attached cropped before & after photos for reference. The first photo is before, and the photo on the bottom is 23 days post-surgery.
