Exclusive WA State Roofing Leads (Sourced directly from 20+ year old municipal permit data)

Seattle data guy here. I’ve been building a WA building permit dataset and realized it might be useful for roofing outreach.

I can pull lists of single-family homes in specific King / Snohomish / Pierce zip codes where the last recorded roof permit was from roughly 2000–2006.

Idea is basically: older recorded roof = maybe a decent outbound prospecting list. For example if the last recorded roof job was 2005, its possible they have some scheduled work soon.

Fields are simple:

- address

- year of last recorded roof permit

- permit status

Obviously this won’t catch unpermitted work, and these aren’t inbound leads. It’s just raw data for mailers / door knocking / outbound.

If any WA roofers want to test a sample, I’ll send over a small batch free or cheap in exchange for honest feedback / conversion rate on whether it’s actually useful. DM / comment
