Waxing tips

Hello friends, we are placing supply orders for our summer work in our school. My boss wants to try and alternative method to applying wax this year. Previously we used rylon mops and a mop bucket. Dip the mop in wax and apply to the floor. This year she wants to try the pour method. What mops are best for this to be successful? Will microfiber leave marks in the wax?
