Fully Developed Claim (FDC) Evidence Question

Do I need to include my VA records, DD-214, and Current Rating Benefit Letter with my FDC?

I am about to claim some conditions. All evidence is from private doctors and ready to go. I am filing a presumptive claim, a secondary claim, and a "normal" claim.

I currently have a rating, which I am filing a new claim secondary to. So, if I am doing an FDC, do I need to include my VA records which has the medical records for the primary condition I am going to file secondary to, even though I already have a rating for the primary? Do I need to include a copy of my current rating benefit?
