scholarships for 2nd option

I applied to 2 masters at Aalto, I got an interview for my 2nd option recently. Something I never found an answer for was if I could get the scholarship for my second option, does anyone know or have a source with info on this?

On a separate note (ish), I just saw a post mentioning that if I got a reply from my second option that means that I already did not got in for the first option. Does anyone have any info on this? My first option did not have an interview phase so I did not think about this any further until I saw that comment 😨
