Title: Help finding short-term furnished rental in NYC (April–June, possible month-to-month extension)

Hi everyone — hoping some fellow EAs might be able to point me in the right direction.

My boss (young CEO) will be back in NYC for the warmer months and we’re trying to find a bit of a unicorn short-term housing situation while he looks to purchase a place.

What we’re looking for:

- Furnished short-term rental in Manhattan

- Timing: Ideally April–June, with the option to extend month-to-month after that

- Size: Flexible — Ideally a 2-bedroom

- Neighborhood: Pretty flexible within Manhattan

- Open to areas near Central Park or downtown

- Prefer to avoid Midtown if possible

- Furnishings: Ideally furnished, though we could supplement with rentals if needed

- Special considerations: We’ll need to bring in a treadmill and oxygen equipment, so the building/unit needs to allow that and have enough space/access

I know there are a lot of corporate short-term rental options in NYC, but I’d love any specific building recommendations, companies, brokers, or services you’ve had good experiences with.

We’re also open to hotels that accommodate longer stays if anyone has recommendations there as well.
