TV, movies, music... exposure

I think that tag fits.

I came across a post regarding an upcoming film. People were asking about elements being appropriate for their kid (they posted the age) The film appears to be a hard scifi adventure and having read the book, there isn't any "sex" involved.

I grew up watching basically whatever I wanted. Mom or dad wasn't around to tell me "no" When my kids were younger...they got to watch (within reason) whatever they wanted also. Only difference is that my wife and I are with them...so we can discuss (if need be) Teaching... 🤯

They've got free reign to the internet when they were young. My youngest is 17... she's had open access to the internet since she was young. We check their search history on occasion (have discussions when needed) ...but WE hope that we've taught them the rights and the wrongs for them to make "good choices"
