Budget but hi-fi(ish) headphones for CDs

Headphones - Open Back

Hey experts!

I'm looking for a set of budget but hi-fi(ish) headphones to use with my FiiO DM15 cd player.

Since the fiio is 24 Bit R2R DAC, I'd like something better than I currently have (random sony in ear bluetooth earbuds) to really resolve the r2r warmth.

I'm located the Netherlands and my budget is under 100€ if that's realistic. I'd be down to invest more in the future but at the moment I just need something that works well enough.

Tonal balance: Balanced to Warm-Neutral to U-shape; wide soundstage with precise imaging, fast sub-bass, lush mid-range, non-fatiguing treble.

I was thinking of the Koss ksc75, but would this meet my needs? I don't need it to sound like a million bucks, just warm, clear, immersive. I want something I can use to listen to at home, in a quiet environment.
