Looking for someone to do sleep training for 2 month old - should I go for infant nanny or doula?

We're having a hard time doing sleep training for LO and wondering how/where we should get help. Husband will be returning to work in a week , I'd have to start work in 2 months and mil isn't able to handle her much as well. We're in South Bay btw (if it matters). Any advice/thoughts/directions are welcome!
