Fellow landlords — how are you keeping track of RTB renewals, RPZ limits, and rent review dates? Spreadsheets?

I have 1 property and agent fees make no sense at that scale, so I'm self-managing. But I found myself constantly second-guessing whether I was actually compliant. Missing a renewal deadline or getting an RPZ calculation wrong isn't a small thing, and I couldn't find anything purpose-built for this market.

So I ended up building something myself. It's called PropDesk — it tracks RTB registration deadlines, calculates RPZ-compliant rent increases, manages tenant and lease dates, handles expense tracking for tax prep, and generates legally worded notices. Aimed at landlords with 1–5 properties rather than anyone running a portfolio.

Still early days and genuinely curious whether others have the same pain points, or if you've found tools that work well. Happy to answer any RTB/RPZ questions too — went fairly deep into the legislation building this.
