Looking for a 3.28 Starter: Explosions & Lazy Clear (DO Style)

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for my league starter for 3.28 and could use some inspiration. I’m a big fan of builds that have satisfying screenwide explosions and a relatively relaxed playstyle for mapping, but I want something that doesn't fall off when it comes to Voidstones.

What I usually like:

Death’s Oath / RF Style: I love the walking simulator vibe where things just pop as I move.
Occultist Pops: Profane Bloom is probably my favorite mechanic in the game.
Wintertide Brand: I like the set and forget nature and the safety of Chills/Freezes.
Flicker Strike: I love the speed, though I know it’s expensive to make it feel good against bosses.

I was looking at Death’s Oath Occultist again, but I’m worried about the single target. I also considered Wintertide Brand Elementalist for a safer start.

Open to all suggestions (PoB links or creators to look up are much appreciated)!
PS. I am dumb. i need a good guide.
