Worth selling my 7900 XTX and getting a 9070 XT?

I have a chance to sell my 7900 XTX for more than it would cost to get a 9070 XT. Would it be worth doing this considering I play on a 4K144Hz TV (usually get 100+FPS by toggling a setting or two down one scale). I've seen the 7900 XTX pulls ahead in rasterisation, but I'm assuming FSR4 would make up for that, but I don't know if the 16GB VRAM would be a problem. Thanks.
