Pico not responding

I recently put Diva Smart Dimmer Switch with a Pico Remote at the other end of the hall.

I paired the Pico to the switch, it was working for an hour, and then its just stopped.

I deleted both from the app and repaired them, worked for 3 days, and the pico remote has stopped responding again.

Any suggestions?
