UK-based technical co-founder wanted for the world's first democratic social media platform

I am based in UK/London and looking for a UK CTO I can work with in person.

Background: I started a fashion avatar game in 2006. The global media tried to shut us down in 2008. Our community turned it into a democracy instead.

We have been running a real working Senate — elected representatives, real votes, real consequences — since 2015. No other social media platform has done this. We are 19 years old, have had over 2 million registered accounts, and have paying subscribers in 30+ countries right now, this month.

The platform is Ximboland (ximbo.land). A fashion avatar game combined with genuine democratic governance. Unusual combination — but it works, and it has worked for nearly two decades without venture capital.

What I am looking for: A UK-based technical co-founder. Someone who understands what ethical social media could look like and wants to build it. Someone who wants equity in something real rather than a salary at something soulless.

The tech stack needs fresh eyes — part of the opportunity is shaping what it becomes. Real revenue. Real community. Real equity on offer.
