Comedic Monologue for Cinderella

I need a monologue for an upcoming audition for R&H’s Cinderella! I’m (29F) auditioning for Ella, Marie, or either stepsister. They are asking for a 30-60 second comedic monologue.

Also wondering how to present it during the audition! I’ve done many singing auditions but this is my first one with a monologue in over 10 years. Do I say what play it’s from / give a synopsis?

I’m planning to sing Maybe Love from Shucked. They requested something that fits the R&H theme but showcases a more modern singing style.
