Save editor or method for rom hacks? (Genlocke)

Hello all. I'm currently having a blast on the first leg of my genlocke. My plan thus far is to play the following hacks (as I'm a sucker for qol/challenge mode hacks):

• Kanto: Recharged Yellow (Jaizu)
• Johto: Heart and Soul (Lil Dill)
• Hoenn: Recharged Emerald (Jaizu)
• The rest: tbd

A common theme for all three hacks is that they do not have pkhex support. Normally this isn't a problem, but specifically for a genlocke I'm unsure of how I would edit in eggs for my champion teams.

Any suggestions?
