Can I get a Skilled Worker visa without a degree?

Hi everyone 👋

I’m thinking about moving to UK and working as an IT Business Analyst.

The problem is - I don’t have a bachelor’s degree.

I’ve completed IT Business Analytics courses and I have work experience but no formal university diploma.

With the new RQF 6 rules is it still possible to get a Skilled Worker visa without a degree?

Has anyone here been sponsored based on experience only?

Is it realistic to find an employer who would sponsor me in this situation?

I’d really appreciate any honest advice or personal stories.

Thank you!
