Ex fiance is trying to take my home?

Location: resident of MI.

This is a lot- so bear with me. I will try to make it as organized as possible. I’ve been looking into lawyers, but even they have said it’s complicated because we weren’t married.

My ex fiance and I were together for several years. During that time we accrued a home, credit card and vehicle together. We also have a son.

The house was a FHA loan, with no down payment. I am the main signer on the home.

I helped him cosign on the car, and credit card was joint, that we used to pay for a new furnace in our home.

A year ago he smashed the car & quit paying on it. He left it on the side of the road so there’s a very large fee from the state for that as well. He refuses to pay on it, affecting our credit.

For about a year and a half I was behind on the house and credit card (I assumed this debt on my own because I kept the house and was forced to use the card if I was in a pinch). I am now up to date on these since graduating college and upgrading my job.

We have 50/50 custody as of now through the court & he pays $250 in child support every month. He is currently over a month behind.

Ex fiance has a new partner- he has no vehicle, hers is breaking & he cannot make it to work because he moved further away, so no one will pick him up to take him.

He is now threatening to file for bankruptcy that way he gets money from me, by forcing me me to pay him out for the house, etc

I have been calling lawyers but even they don’t know where to start with this. I’m scared to lose my home. It will hinder my child’s stability. I’m so fucking angry? Help
