PWD are scaring me

The only thing keeping me from jumping are PWD. I can’t take off of work and if I throw myself into PWD and need to be hospitalize I will lose my job. Are the pre up stories real guys ? I’m only doing 240mg a day. I have no money left but I do have subs. I spent my last little bit of money making sure my daughter was set for dance class this month. I filled my gas tank and bought food. I have no more 7. Should I induce my sub at the ER ?
