FXLV initial IPO July 15, 2021. What are your thoughts?

I'm a mid-level Physician Assistant, medical provider in my own private practice with Kinesiology, exercise science degree, physical therapy background, and an entrepreneur, that forsee a huge potential in F45 success in business operations with their franchise model. After reading most of the SEC S-1 fillings in March 2021, I think F45 fitness franchise with ticker symbol FXLV has a huge potential to become a multi-billion company in the fitness, health and wellness business entity.
