Interview on 4/7/2026

I have my IR-1 visa interview in El Salvador on 4/7/26.

I currently live in Maryland U.S.

I am scared and nervous to leave. I have a wife and 2 kids.

To be leaving them without the certainty that I’m coming back is eating me up. Any advice on what extras I should bring other than my original civil documents??

I already have my medical appointment scheduled for 3/18/2026
