Xiaomi application error

I'm using a Xiaomi 13 Ultra. Previously, my phone could access Telegram and some other apps normally. But after I updated to the new OS, it failed because I was using OS 2.0 to use Vietnamese. Can anyone tell me how to fix this? 🥲🥲🥲
