📍 Location: Anna Nagar, Chennai

💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on last drawn CTC)

We are looking for a CRM & Sales Executive to join our growing medical cannabis company. This role focuses on maintaining relationships with existing patients and ensuring smooth follow-ups regarding their prescriptions.

### Role Overview:

The candidate will work with our CRM database and connect with existing patients to follow up on their prescriptions and treatment continuity. This is not a cold-calling role — all communication will be with patients who have already interacted with the company.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Follow up with existing patients regarding their prescriptions and refills

- Maintain accurate records and updates in the CRM system

- Assist patients with queries related to prescriptions and orders

- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing

- Build strong relationships with patients through professional communication

- Provide regular updates and reports on follow-ups and conversions

### Requirements:

- Fluency in English, Tamil, and Hindi

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM tools

- Organized and detail-oriented

- Freshers are welcome to apply

### Work Structure:

- First 2 months: Work From Home

- After 2 months: Work from Office (Anna Nagar)
