Visiting with my 11 Year old Daughter

Hi all. Visiting for a few days with my 11 year old. Looking for ideas on things to do. For reference, we have been here multiple times before so we have done Siesta Key, the beach, the aquarium, and St. Armand’s. Also looking for good Mexican restaurant recommendation.
