I’m considering buying a 2-bedroom townhouse in Verdana 8, Dubai Investment Park (DIP 1), mainly as a rental investment. Prices seem to range around AED 1.4M–1.6M depending on layout and phase. The community offers modern townhouses with parking, green areas, and access to major roads near Expo City and Jebel Ali. I’d appreciate insights on rental demand, realistic purchase price for a 2-bed unit, and expected rental yield after service charges and vacancy. Any advice from investors or residents in DIP would be helpful.
