Rope drop parking at Disneyland?

Was going to Park at Toy Story parking and ride the bus to the park but the busses are shutdown April 1st and we are going to the Park April 3rd. Since there is no real plan for Toy Story parking transportation and I dont want to walk a mile to the park, what time should I get to Mickey and Friends parking? Id like to literally be at the rope for rope drop at 8am. Not sure if it matters but this is a Friday during spring break so I am assuming it's going to be a busy day. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
