Sleep paralysis

I felt really dizzy and got up and knocked my teeth of my drawer, I felt the pain and as I tried to get back into bed I fell and couldn’t pick my head of the ground, I started spinning on the floor and couldn’t stop, I was also screaming but not making any noise, I was also pushed onto the ceiling and all I heard during this was static. What does this mean?
