Took a 5,700 point loss. Model says short again. I'm doing it anyway.
Hey guys,
I have to be honest with you all about the last signal before I post the new one.
It was a short. Opened at 66,960 on 01 Mar. I was actually feeling good about it. Price consolidated for 3 days, barely moved, even dipped into profit at some point. I remember thinking "okay, the model got this one right." I was relaxed.
Then day 4 came.
Price just... shot up. Closed at 72,660. A 5,700 point loss. Just like that. All that patience for 3 days, watching it, checking it, feeling quietly confident - gone in one candle.
I'm not gonna lie, that one hurt. Not just financially. It's that specific kind of frustration where you were SO close and it still didn't work. Like you did everything right and the market just decided "nope, not today."
So even I got a wrong call and the trade went negative still trading continuously with discipline is the thing to do.
So here's the next signal. (BTC-26050301)
- Pair : BTC/USD
- Direction : SHORT / SELL
- Entry : 06 Mar 2026 - 00:00:00 UTC
- Exit : 09 Mar 2026 - 23:59:59 UTC
- SL/TP : None - directional call only
Price has pushed up a lot. Everything in me wanted to skip this one. Just sit it out, wait for a "safer" signal. But that's exactly the trap isn't it? That's how you turn a systematic model into an emotional mess. You start filtering signals based on how you feel and suddenly it's not a model anymore, it's just you.
So I'm posting it. Same as always. Win or lose.
That's what I signed up for when I decided to build this in public.
Let's see what happens.
