Is it currently possible to get Elesa and thunderous without hitting pity on a banner currently?

Im currently rerolling for Red because he’s my favorite character. I used to play years ago, so I’m familiar with the basics. Electric is my favorite type and I saw an incredible video by a user, using her NC Blue and 96 Red all 1/5 to dominate a hard challenge. I want to pick her up, because I like her as well. Sorry if it’s a dumb question.
