Installed new Railhammer Hyper Vintage bridge pickup into Double Agent and now the bridge sounds darker and my P90 now cancels hum
I know I should provide pictures but I am unsure the best way to demonstrate the current overall wiring. I wanted to swap out the HA5 with a Nuevo 90 because I felt the HA5 was a bit ice picky. Then I felt the Nuevo 90 removed too much treble and was kind of noisy. I then swapped it for a hyper vintage for the sake of experimentation, and while I generally like the sound, it's much darker than other demos unless I roll off the bass contour, and now my neck P90 has less woof and cancels out hum better than the humbucker. And the humbucker has about the same amount of cut as you'd expect from a humbucker. As far as I can tell, and with a 2nd opinion, everything is wired correctly and it's not like the neck and bridge are cross wired. Trying to find a hint as to what I might've done. This is the first time I've had to wire for a bass contour and not a standard volume / tone combo.
