Hoping for a big payoff

SPOILER WARNING

I really hope there is a big payoff to Cate’s decision to hit that button and save Shaw. If his survival isn’t a lynch pin in preventing something bigger than the writers just did what Jurassic World did when the cloned girl set all the dinosaurs free because she felt bad. Her character will lose favorability fast. I’m not against character decisions having huge consequence that drive the plot forward but she was just warned why she shouldn’t do it and she’s seen first hand the damage these Titans cause.
