Where do SF roles live at your org?

I lead both Data & IT at a mid-sized nonprofit (about 80 employees). I've finally worked my executive team enough to expland my department and get some help. I'm curious as to where different roles live at your org, and what works well and what doesn't.

Currently, my 2 person team is responsible for:

• Admin
• Custom Data Integrations (ex, importing volunteer hours from Vol Mgt system on to Contact)
• Architecture
• Helpdesk/Troubleshooting
• Custom Report Creation
• Governance
• Backup/Recovy

In an ideal world with a fully staffed team, what roles should there be, and where do they live? IT? Analytics?

What certifications would be helpful to make my staff take (both helpful for my org, and helpful for my staff's career development)?
