Optimum vs Verizon fios?

Currently have optimum but it is spotty at best. Is Verizon fios any better?

There’s a deal that’s a little cheaper at the same speed vs. Optimum but I’m WFH and can’t afford to get even worse internet. I’m in Pelham FWIW
