Where to cold email for internships

I’m a freshman at an Ivy League university and I’m trying to be proactive about landing internships early. I wish to start cold emailing professionals at firms I’m interested in, but I’m struggling to find reliable sources for verified emails. Can anyone help with this process?

All help is appreciated!
