Should i be worried?

Hi, i've been diagnosed with Crohn's around 5 years ago, ive had one colonoscopy (that confirmed my diagnosis) and a few MRI's after that. Never had any polyps or tumors detected.

Ive been unmedicated since around last year because my meds (immunosuppressants) started to make me feel worse (headaches, nausea). It got better after i stopped them.

The thing is, around 2 weeks ago ive started experiencing symptoms again, such as diarrhea, stomach pain etc. Also the symptoms are usually worse in the morning as i have to use the bathroom around 2-3 times, and they pass usually around 3-4 hours after waking up (or at least get better, i usually dont get the need to use the bathroom anymore after that time but i occasionally get slight stomach pain). I also usually pass 'fairly normal' stool as the first one and then loose/liquid the next one or two. I don't think i'm bleeding though, at least not that ive noticed.

Ive also taken a blood test on monday (2nd of march) and the results came back normal except for CRP which was slightly higher than it should be.

Ive been very anxious about my current situation now and im not sure if its anything that i should be worried about??
