How to reduce stutter on Quest 2 in a wired connection?

Discussion

For the most part, PCVR works fairly smoothly. As you can see in the video, however, when taking off the mask in the game, it looks like the framerate drops, leading to stuttering, causing the screen to look like it's jiggling and shaking when moving my head side to side, especially things right in front of me like the in-game computer screen and hands. Does anyone know any way to improve frames and help reduce this stutter? The stutter isn't too bad and the game is still playable, but any way to improve frames would be great.

What I've tried:

- Oculus Link (ALVR seems to give consistently better frames)

- USB 3.0 cable in USB 3.0 port on my PC

- Setting OVR service to highest priority

- Restarting PC and Quest

- Having OVR debug info window open while running game

- Reducing resolution (I currently have it at the lowest possible (auto) that still allows the game look somewhat pretty in the headset. Lower resolution does indeed give better frames, though even a slight stutter is still present in some parts of the game)

- Increasing bitrate to as high as 850 (made performance worse. bitrate is currently 250)
