Was Sold a Dud car and lied too. What can I do?

Bought 2013 Buick Encore back on October 2025. Came with a warranty 3,000/3months. Car had check engine light on when test drove. Was told it just needed an o2 sensor. They even wrote my paperwork up as needing this also. Asked if car will pass inspection. He said yes. Car drove fine and was better sounding and looking than so many others I had seen in my price range.

Bought the car outright and went home. Two weeks went by and didn’t hear anything. So called them and they were like oh we been trying to get ahold of you. Funny I had no voicemails. They stated they don’t leave voicemails. Ummm red flag, what respectable business doesn’t leave a voicemail?

Anyway, set a day for them to pick car up and get o2 sensor replaced. I had been hearing a sound in passenger front tire they were supposed to look at and also I kept smelling crayon burning smell but figured it was due to coolant leak I noticed and can they please fix that.

5 days later I called asking status of car. They again said oh your car is done.

Got car and driving home I turned and sound was still coming from front passenger tire. When parked I checked coolant. But it was full again. I still smelled the smell. So called them and they said they had to get ahold of mechanic and get back to me because he don’t know anything.

I had a lot going on so several weeks passes I get a ticket in mail. This place had gotten a parking ticket while they had my vehicle. Called them and constantly get voicemail. I kept trying for several days and then ended up getting severely sick. Was sick over a month.

I got oil change and they seen a leak under car that was horrible. Which was years of it leaking oil. I been checking oil and it wasn’t even low, so it was small that it didn’t even leave marks on ground.

All in all they didn’t fix shit. Got money to get car looked over which I should have done when I bought it but no one was available for over a week so I mistakenly skipped it because I thought car was good and the owner of dealership seemed genuinely a good guy.

They put a spacer between cat and o2 sensor. This is why I need a new catalytic converter now. They lied.
