Streaming ANY Game Through Discord Causing Crazy FPS Drops in Game

Basically title, as soon as I stream on Discord, any game I'm playing will experience severe FPS drops to the point it's almost impossible to play. PC specs are the following:

Ryzen 9700x
AMD 7800xt
32gb DDR5 @ 6000mhz
Windows 11 Home

This started happening out of the blue about 2 weeks ago. I'm assuming something updated somewhere and has broken my streaming capabilities. I have tried;

- 3 different graphics drivers
- 2 different bios versions
- uninstalling discord with Revo Uninstaller and reinstalling
- every single setting in Discord (hardware acceleration, experimental, different qualities etc.)
- screen capture vs game capture

Nothing I've tried above has made any difference at all. PC being monitored with HWInfo and nothing is overheating. Internet is also perfectly fine.
