Help me with my laptop T_T

i have recently purchased a second hand Lenovo gaming 3 ( i5 10th gen with 1650 ), idk why it keeps on freezing the screen it priviously have win11 i though it might be a low ram issue or driver issue i switched to win10 it still happen, the things that i noticed is:

• completly freeze i can event use shortcut keys to reastart graphic card or something ( i can only change backlit light T_T )
• when i leave it frozen it went completly shut down
• when i turn it on again battery drowned to 0%
• i though it might be a battery issue so i removed battery and used it in direct supply, freezes didnt stop T_T
