Lost PR while in USA

Hi guys, I lost my PR card unfortunately while Im staying here in the USA.

My options are either:

- Applying for a Permanent Travel Document

- Or (if anyone can please confirm if travel to Canada by land is possible with just a photo of my PR and my Passport?)

Thinking of driving to Vancouver then train back to my city Toronto
