Help with management

So I live in a mobile home complex, have been for like 10yrs. The manager bought the mobile home next door and moved her daughter and her fam into it. Every morning the daughter and her husband take they’re daughter to school and ALWAYS back up into my parking spot to reverse (even when my car is parked there) they’ve almost hit me car and the neighbor car multiple times and have also almost backed up into me as I’m parking my car. I honk, neighbors honk, everyone honks at them and they don’t care.

How do I even complain about this to the manager

she won’tdo anything about it and at this point I’m just going to let her hit my car next time
