Why am I getting Japanese narration on a lot of videos? I've checked all my settings 10 times

Its not all videos, but maybe 30%, shorts included...Its annoying, I'm in the US, all my languages are US/English on my desktop, and on my app, and on my phone.

Its might be slowly getting better, but its still far too prevalent.
