I was passed over for a raise because I am not social.

I am an extremely introverted and quiet person. I work a government job. I have the highest production rate in the unit and a high accuracy. There were two raises available. They went to two people with less production and lower accuracy. When I inquired about it I was told that they talk more, go to unit lunches more, and help with morale. None of which has to do with the actual job. I was passed over becuase of my personality not my work.
