Best element for Sram in this team?

Hi everyone, In a team with: multi element Xelor multi element Sadida with MP reduction and a Sram What would be the best element for the Sram? Also, if I were to add a fourth character, which class would be the best choice (besides Panda, of course)? Thanks in advance!
