Is there any way to get in touch with Tractive?

I’ve been quite stupid with the whole experience of buying the product 🥴😅

Long story short I’ve submitted and has got accepted to do a return but didn’t realise how expensive the shipping would turn out to be.

So now I actually would like to cancel my return but can’t find anything about that on the website and can’t find any contact information anywhere.

Should I just keep the product and ignore the return confirmation email or should I somehow get in touch with them and have them cancel the return?
